March 17, 2018 - Rich, smooth, and elegant at this stage. Fairly one dimensional with dark fruit flavors of blueberry and blackberry but it’s delicious. It tasted blind I’d never guess this to be ten years old. Drinking great right now.

Pepper, licorice and some dark fruit reduction.
Some plums too. Bold nose.
Full body. Bringing a lot of wood notes, burnt wood that is. Bitter even.
Coffee, dark chocolate lingers.
Long expresso finish.
The mustang of wines. Muscle car....
For those that know me, I mean it in a rather less positive way
