February 21, 2022 - Popped n' poured. Some bricking in the glass. Nose of black cherries and some eucalyptus. Medium body, silky smooth, good amount of black cherry fruit remaining. This wine has held up exceedingly well over 21 years! Bravo!

August 19, 2019 - Nineteen years old and singing. Why can't all red wines age as well? My last of three bottles, and by far the best.

August 3, 2019 - Beautiful and gentle. Still has life. Plenty of black cherry.

April 21, 2013 - Medium to dark purple. Earthy with hints of tobacco and fruit. Still drinking well. Went nicely with our chicken marsala and later some chocolates.

November 29, 2010 - At home. Looks plenty young and alive; dark, with decent legs and small bubbles around the glass. Fine nose is fruity yet elegant and deep. Sleek and refined on the palate, it reveals dark fruits on a well-structured frame. All the components in harmony, this is good now but has many years ahead as well. 5-12-16-8: 91/100
