March 27, 2021 - Thai Dinner with Some Old Riesling (San Francisco): Full yellow color. A touch of the exotic on the nose and (although stupid to say) you can almost smell the slate here. Off dry, hard to characterize fruit, excellent acidity, and just an incredible sense of licking stone that carries through to the long finish. A great experience.

May 1, 2018 - Catado en la visita a la bodega. De color dorado brillante presenta una nariz espectacular, bien definida, muy mineral, hay toques de keroseno, manzana verde, corteza de lima... En boca tiene buena entrada, paso fluido pero con sensación de materia, excelente acidez, dulzor imperceptible, reaparece la mineralidad, largo y con enorme profundidad.

White peach, sage, sour plum, hint of bitter chocolate, spicy and savory finish. what a beautiful wine - so elegant and fresh, with hints of smoky notes that speak of its age. wonderful.
