Community Tasting Notes 2

May 3, 2009 - deep golden colored. medium+ viscosity. 13.7% alcohol. nose of marzipan, baked pears, honeycomb. medium+ bodied with lots of honey, fig, buttercream and baked apples. there's also a bit of citrus notes too and medium acid and a medium+ finish. well-integrated oak. this got much more expressive as it warmed up and had some air. it started to show notes of peanut brittle. good qpr.

February 10, 2007 - Nice pleasing wine with reasonably well integrated oak and citrus flavors. Good, not great.
