November 10, 2021 - PnP. Dark. Rich and full bodied. Black fruits, mocha, plum and vanilla. Smooth and delicious with supporting backbone and grippy tannins. Hitting its stride. Wish I had more.

June 28, 2021 - Decanted 1 hr and taste, opened this last weekend and found this bottle hard and disjointed, poured back in the bottle with only an ounce or two missing, put cork back in bottle and placed in the fridge. After one week, pull from fridge and allowed to come to room temperature, the week in the fridge greatly soften as well as brought out the fruit hidden deep behind the harshness making this a fine accompaniment to the rare domestic Kobe beef, assorted cheeses, olives, Serrano ham and crusty baguette
