March 6, 2015 - Pears and old yeast on the nose - quite intrigueing. On the palate there is a fine mousseux but with super-ouvert pear fruit and yeasty flavours again. What kills this Champagne is the very high dosage (my guess is 9-10g of sugar) and some bitterness on the finish. What a pity.

November 23, 2013 - Opened by Wine Sparty. Second time I've had this in the last four months. Consistent notes with previous bottle, but a little less green apple and a bit more brioche. Nice.
