October 18, 2014 - Shockingly tasty wine given its age, and even ignoring the age. Beautiful green apple and lemon notes. Light minerals and perfect acidity. Short finish.

February 23, 2014 - Nice fruity wine. Prominent grapefruit with hints of vanilla and lemon and some minerals as the bottle opened up. Very creamy mouthfeel and a long finish. Good pairing with sushi.

December 15, 2012 - Tasted at Brix in Omaha. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, big mango scent with undertones of grape fruit. Palate: Medium bodied, creamy mouth-feel, sweet grape fruit and mango up front, weakens thru the mid-palate but mango comes back and dominates a medium length finish.

December 2, 2012 - Medium straw in colour with a medium intense nose.
Positives: A nice easy and well balanced Sauv featuring light oak with gooseberry, hay, guava, passion fruit & limestone. Medium to medium minus in body with good acidity & a fairly long length.
Negatives: None
Drink now or over the next 2 years on its own or pair it with lemon pepper catfish.
