July 4, 2012 - Consumed over two days, note from day 2. Nose: Light to medium expressiveness, green apple, grape fruit, and chalk. Palate: Medium bodied, sweet citrus flavor up front with an acidic kick through the mid-palate to back-end Finish: Medium length dominated by tart citrus fruit flavors with undertones of residual sugar.

February 4, 2012 - Apple taste. Had with chicken but would go better with pork. Not been drinking much white lately and this was refreshing.
