April 7, 2012 - Nice, fruity, easy-drinking, very lightly sweet-ish wine. Reminds me of pear, green apple, peach-flavoured candy and a little lemon. A hint of wet-stone minerality. A little spice on the finish. Some slight effervescence too. Not too acidic, so makes a good aperitif but could pair nicely with food too (certainly fish or maybe even spicier food?). Very good value from the Wine Society.
Ah, now I'm getting the tarragon that I saw in a professional review :) Took 4 swigs. -
