January 11, 2012 - Keyword: sharp. The nose reminds me of those freeze-dried berries, with pot-pourri notes and oaky roundness. The combination of fine dry tannins and fresh acidity brings a very sharp texture that stands well with food. At 16$, good QPR. Good at cellar temp (~15c).
