December 26, 2020 - Acheté à St-Émilion en 2012, où le vendeur a mentionné qu'il était à 100% merlot, que le millésime 2009 permettait (assez rare).
Pour Noël 2020, avec filet mignon en rôti.
Au nez, racoleur à souhait, plein d'intensités de fruits rouges complexes.
Élégant, intense mais parfaitement équilibré, corsé mais suave sans être boisé du tout, de très bonne longueur. Il explose en bouche, qu'il emplit de façon efficace et savoureuse !
Le séjour de 8 ans sans lumière ni variation de température a permis cette qualité irréprochable et le summum possible.
