July 28, 2013 - Green apple, pear nose. Rather full bodied with a deep Citrus peel almond backbone and pleasant apple pear surface. The acid is substantial but pleasant. There is also a pleasant earthiness. Persistence is surprisingly long and overall much more drinkable than 1 year ago.
Enjoyed with cabbage rolls and would be would be very good with any slightly acid or tomato based dish. -
