September 27, 2013 - My first pass at Wind Gap. What a solid bottle. What you should expect from such a wine. A ton of things going on; bright fruits, herbs and nice nose. Still had some great backbone though and picked up some bacon fat and spices. Great with the short ribs. Would buy again.
