  May 11, 2019 - Clear medium gold; clean medium plus developing nose of honey, apple, petrol, peach, pear, and pineapple; off dry; medium plus acidity; low alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; pfn; medium finish; very good quality; drink now, not suitable for future aging; felt a little flabby - would have liked more acidity

  February 2, 2019 - Clear pale gold; clean medium nose of petrol, honey, peach and Vaseline; developing; medium sweet; medium plus acidity; low alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavor intensity; pfn; medium minus finish; very good quality; drink now, but suitable for future aging; great initial intensity but disappointing finish

  May 28, 2012 - Memorial Day weekend wines at Mike's: My favorite of all the Rieslings on the table. Light golden in color. The proverbial wet stones on the nose. Slightly sweet. Full bodied. Great minerality and also a bit of pineapple on the palate. Good enough acidity to carry the wine. Long finish. Really a pretty wine.
