January 15, 2023 - Last of a case, drinking beautifully after 2 hours open. Complex cassis and dark cherry fruits layered with anise and leather. Not smoky, not raisened, still fresh. The wall of tannins from trying the wine 5 years after vintage have softened and integrated.

October 8, 2021 - Fully matured. Well structured. Typical dark cherry, cassis, guarrigue, liquorice cinnamon nose. Pleasant in the mouth, dark fruit, tobacco, herbal aromas nicely framed by a phenolic port touch and spicecake in the background. Drink now and over the coming 2 years.

December 26, 2020 - Brick red colour, mature complex nose, pepper and rasberry, elegant and well balanced, grenace predominant. Best drunk now. Should go nicely with the venison.
