June 25, 2017 - Gegenüber dem Clou des Chênes 2009 aus gleichem Hause, den ich vor ein paar Wochen im Glas hatte, deutlich schwächer. In der Nase eher reife Erdbeere, Himbeere, später auch Pfeffer und andere Würznoten. Am Gaumen überlagern sich die sehr reife, fast dropsige Frucht und eine intensive Würze, was leider nicht besonders charmant ist, es fehlt an Struktur. Vielleicht einfach nur ein schlechter Zeitpunkt, macht so keinen rechten Spaß.
