February 7, 2017 - Decanted for 30 mins. Lovely raspberry strawberry nose. Syrah prickle on the tongue but does not deliver much fruit in the mouth and finishes with quite austere tannin. Very acceptable with full flavoured foods but I was hoping for better harmony.

December 30, 2015 - Berry fruit compote with strong black pepper notes. A musky aroma put me off slightly. Decent enough initial attack but seemed a touch thin thru the mid palate, and then withers away too quickly on the finish. We'll see where this goes.
