July 10, 2013 - A la vista, estamos en presencia de un vino de ribete y fondo granate, con un desplazamiento en copa lento y de largas piernas.
En nariz son aromas sutiles a mermelada de Mora acompañadas de notas de humedad y tierra mojada, eucalipto y chocolate amargo.
En boca se percibe redondo y sedoso, se percibe frutas maduras rojas como moras y zarzamoras, notas a cacao y con un largo y elegante final.
Bueno para combinar con comidas simples como quesos semi curados y carnes magras a la parrilla sin salsas.
