November 3, 2022 - Nose is not strong; earthy red fruit. Entry is a tart fruit with a fair weight to it. Very juicy towards the finish. A bit of spice to the finish. This is really at the very tail end of its life. Tannins very light, but still a touch of acidity keeping it going. A straightforward pizza wine at this point. Should be finished in the next year.

October 26, 2017 - This has what I have come to recognize as quite a typical Barbera nose. A dark, toasty liquorice and jammy fruit. Entry is consistent with a lot of black liquorice. A very rounded and full profile finishing tart and spicy with a touch of tannin but more acidity. This is quite well done and classic tart finish driven Barbera.

March 6, 2017 - Solid little Barbera that we enjoyed over two nights. Full bright nose of earthy red cherry. Palate is bright and juicy with good concentration and polish yet a rustic grip. Good on its own, but better with food.

May 24, 2015 - En riktigt bra Barbera med mogen söt röd frukt, silkiga tanniner och lite toner av fat. Väldigt prisvärt.

June 3, 2014 - Medium red; pepper, licorice, raspberry; very nice smooth attack with alluring fruit, slightly closed, but still lots of good fruit and magnificient long aftertaste; not that complex but very nice and agreeable
