Community Tasting Notes 3

October 2, 2011 - Great offering from scenic Sheldrake Point. A bit musty when first uncorked, but the fruit-forward nose appeared soon after. Sour berries, wood, and slight earthiness upon tasting. Nice, smooth finish. Complimented a spicy dish nicely.

September 9, 2011 - Light ruby color, nice cherry and cranberry combination on the nose. More cherry/red fruit on the palate, a bit tart (in a good way), and combined with some subtle earthiness. Subtle tannins, nice medium-length finish.

January 27, 2011 - Lighty ruby in color. Nice black cherry and strawberry nose. Mixed berries and herbs on the palate, just a touch of oaky smoke and soft tannins on the finish. Loved it.
