November 30, 2018 - Pleasant and refreshing. Buttery with a hint of citrus fruit, possibly grapefruit or Meyer lemon. Burnt caramel finish. Went well with creamy meat sauce.

August 25, 2018 - Yellow gold in color. Minerals on the nose. Started out bitter on the palate. Over time bitterness subsided to reveal a decent palate of apricot, minerals and brioche. Nicely balanced.
