Community Tasting Notes 3

April 1, 2017 - It was a little musty upon opening, but not corked. I decanted it and after about 30 minutes it opened up nicely. After a couple hours it was delicious - rich and full flavored.

May 7, 2014 - Barnyard aroma. Very dark color. Heat on the back end. Dark fruit and dark chocolate flavors. Acidic imbalance hits pretty hard.

January 1, 2013 - Took about 20-30 mins to open up. Taste right after opening was a little off in aroma and flavor, did better over time.
