May 15, 2021 - Decanted about an hour before drinking. Less fruit than previous tasting, but still very good with nice earth and smoke, and even presentation.

May 15, 2020 - A touch past peak, better in some way than earlier bottles but a bit out of balance. A deceptively oaky nose, which gave way to black and red fruit notes, a touch confected, and a bit of sous-bois. The acidity was not enough to provide the needed lift, though I enjoyed it quite a lot.

December 23, 2019 - Soft, with a precise, even presentation. Still pretty solid fruit, and nice understated secondary notes. Excellent with braised short ribs.
