September 21, 2012 - Color: sunny yellow, greenish reflections, clean.
Aroma 91/100 : acacia flowers, a bit of rosemary / basil (aromas of greenery stall), apricots and apples from compote, very clean, floral honey (linden?), a bit of gasoline, Turkish delight (with pistachios), jasmine, candied ginger, lemon and ripe/sweet grapefruit, sweet white wine from late harvested grapes, a bit of white apple, lemon jam.
Taste 86/100: unripe green grapes, unripe quince, lemon stone (slightly bitter). The taste does not quite match the flavor.
