March 24, 2018 - Solid. True to its character, streamlined, quality dark cherry fruit, no ostentation. Holding up well. Paired nicely with pork chops stuffed with pesto along roasted onions, tomatoes and balsamic.

August 24, 2016 - This bottle = relative "yuck". Quite stewed. Not a fan of pureed prunes, but that's what this particular bottle is noted for. Hope for better the next time around...

November 5, 2015 - Really liking this; excellent QPR. Great balance. Quite floral initially, then picks up some earthiness and a little anise. Drinking quite well now, but no apparent rush.

August 28, 2014 - I can't believe I haven't posted a review of this before. Its GREAT. Its one of my primo go to wines on a weekday night. Deep rich tannins, dark fruits, tobacco, bitter almonds that go on and on. Long finish.
