Community Tasting Notes 2

April 13, 2013 - There are still plenty of tannins but wine opens tremendously with several hours in decanter. What I love about this wine is incredible complexity that merlot brings.

November 6, 2011 - I'm not sure where the boundary between 'outstanding' and 'extraordinary' is but this wine has to be there. Incredible complexity, flavours within flavours - this may be more wine than my pallete is capable of appreciating. Absolutely delicious getting better and better as it was open in the decanter from 3 - 7 hours. Even the next morning, simply sitting open, unsealed, it was still awesome. I've never tasted fruit complexity like this before. Need to win the lottery so I can drink it all the time - lol.
