April 9, 2013 - Served for Advanced Wine Class, Chile part 1.
Apricots, honey, and peaches. Great sweet wine for a dessert. As a sweet wine, it will last for a long time and get more earthy.
Paired amazingly with blue cheese and foie gras. -

December 14, 2012 - Good balance. Citrus, apricot and sultana notes on the nose. Good acidity on the palate. Fruity. Lively. Very nice in hot weather.

December 10, 2012 - WSET Level 2 Class 8 (BCIT Downtown Campus, Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind. Clear, medium lemon-gold. Nose is clean, pronouced intensity, with aromas of ripe stone fruit, tinned fruit salad, tropical (guava?) fruit, slightly funky botrytis-y finish. Palate is sweet, medium- acid, full body, with flavours of syrupy tropical fruit, ripe stone fruit, light brown sugar. Finish is medium+. Good quality, but lacking sufficient acid to provide good balance.
