December 28, 2021 - A few years past its peak. The honeyed attack dominates the otherwise concentrated, complex and sweet favors of apricot, golden raisin, and blood orange. A slight edge of burnt caramel is present, suggesting that this is a little beyond full maturity

December 3, 2021 - I think this was better 3-4 years ago; its good good sweetness, but it just seems a bit flabby now and seems to have lost a bit of its acidity. It might improve again; Perfect good with pudding and the guests all liked it. May improve with time, maybe it wont.
