October 23, 2021 - Peach and tropical fruit nose. Fine mousse, delicate sweet stone fruit palate and lengthy finish.

December 31, 2014 - Subtle tropical fruit nose. Delicate fruit palate with soft sweetness and effervescence. Paired very well with the raspberrry cheesecake.
Didn't add much to the flavor profile but it was a refreshing palate cleanser. -
