July 30, 2017 - The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like fig, lime, lemon, medicinal, apple blossom and carnation.

August 15, 2015 - Felt like a gimmick, a little lighter than we were expecting. Could have been any sweet wine with cinnamon and clove.

December 1, 2011 - Yuck. My first mead. Not good, undelicious, not really as sweet as you'd expect. I tried both cold and "mulled" (warmed with spices) and didn't enjoy either way. Please don't buy any of this for me.
