March 31, 2012 - South African Wines (Next Wood Fired Bistro & Vino Bar): Black fruit and chocolate on the nose, with some pepper, and a little game at the end. Rich and juicy on the palate, with black fruit and bittersweet chocolate. It finishes with lots of pepper.
