August 15, 2016 - Drank along side 04 Old Vine, 04 Bogan and 04 Stonehorse. All wines were still quite remarkably youthful in appearance, deep, dark violet/ruby in colour. All wines were tasted after 3 hours in the decanter.
As the lowest spec wine here (this is the little brother of Old Vine, which is the little brother of the Old Bastard) it held its ground tonight remarkably, holding up in the decanter after 5 hours too. Slightly less lush and full bodied, but fully integrated and drinking very well now. Fantastic bang for buck.

July 12, 2014 - Aye, solid 90 for me. Enjoying every last drop. Cant see where it will improve in the next few years.

July 5, 2014 - Last bottle I have, enjoyed it more than my bottle last year. I think now is its time. wish I had more

May 23, 2014 - As expected needed time open to settle a bit, hour decant. Not overly fragrant, but well rounded and easy drinking, good value. Should hold for a few more years but won't improve, quaff now.

May 16, 2014 - Decanted first bottle for 3 hrs, second one for 1.5 before drinking first taste. Experience definitely improved the second time. Very enjoyable drop. Still fruit on the nose, nice medium finish. Trying to find something remarkable about it,but no. Its just palate pleasant.
I enjoy drinking now, ten years in.
