  February 10, 2018 - Beautiful wine with layers of complexity. It was a big hit. Went quickly at a wine event me and my wife attended. One of the better sparkling wines I have had recently. Still have three more to go.

  February 3, 2013 - In a weird place. I first opened one over a year ago and there was too much acid, not much yeast. Now, it's showing vanilla flavors (where is that from?) and still not much yeast. The flavors mellowed after an hour or so in bottle so I'm thinking this may just need a couple more years to integrate.

  October 20, 2012 - have to say compared to the 03 i had a while back this seems to lack allot of the depth and complexity that i was expecting still showed some nice back apple, and pear brioche, light body with effervescence being quite active shortish finish
