October 26, 2014 - Pretty good. Needed to open for a bit. First taste was like a prune, but after about 30 minutes, I started to open up nicely. By the time it was finished, I had a nice earthy characteristic and was smooth with a pleasant finish.

March 12, 2013 - This might be a little past its prime. Nothing to write home about. I guess I should of enjoyed it a year ago, but I am glad I didn't wait another day. Everything is slightly dampened, slightly hot, but it will be consumed none the less.
