August 12, 2014 - Golden pale straw on the eye, soapy lemon on the nose and palate. Thats in a good way! Good solid backbone that can stand up to a savory, if gentle, sauce.

June 10, 2014 - Pale straw. Medium viscosity. Drank at about 55 degrees with grilled salmon and black rice. White peach notes dominate; delicious and very food friendly.
