  March 28, 2020 - Medium dyp mot orange. Stor duft med mye tobakk, lakris, mørke moreller. Fin smak med mest tobakk og litt frukt, spesielt i ettersmak.

  October 16, 2019 - Over three days. A believer in great bottles after 12 to 15 years, not great wine; this wine offered strong evidence to that credo. It showed as an at peak, graceful, and poised CCR. It paired very well with pepper encrusted sirloin. Moderately enjoyable on the second day and all but vinegar on the third.
  
  Conversely, perhaps the hot vintage brought this wine to full maturity earlier than one might have expected. Whatever the case, based on this experience, I would be leery about holding bottles beyond another year to two. I would have expected this to be in no more than a mid drinking window, not at peak, or perhaps just beyond.

  November 19, 2017 - Decanted 3 hrs before serving. Smooth, maturing fruit, well integrated and balanced with softening tannins and ample structure for further aging. Even better the 2nd day after opening. Definitely benefits from long decanting time.
