    December 30, 2011 - This was a nice surprise compread to the 2005 Brunello from Caparzo tried earlier in 2011. The 2004 is a better year then the 05, but the 04 was much better.
    Decanted for 1 hour. Nice brick red, pale color with orange'ish edge. good nose of wet earth, cherry. Palate was sour cherry, spicy. medium finish.
