May 25, 2008 - Nice fruit, strawberry and some leather/tobacco. Finish of chocolate and pepper. Very Good - 85 points.

April 27, 2008 - Sunday Dinner (Jeff McHugh's): While some great terrior flavors, unimpressed with the bitter finish. Might do better with some more time in the bottle, or a decant for several hours. Not sure, but not a great wine to be sure. OK fruit flavors, but that bitter finish ruins the wine. Very Good - 85 points.

August 18, 2006 - Bold with a bit berry taste, hints of blackberry, cranberry, smooth finish with a hint of currant and pepper.

    Color: Dark and inky
