December 12, 2011 - Dark, thick, almost blood like
Medium-full bodied
Some vegetable off the nose
Smooth, medium finish. Round, some hints of leather

November 14, 2011 - I'm not the biggest Carmenere fan and this wine will also not make me one. But, in all fairness, this one was certainly an OK wine.
One day 1 I found it a bit to big and lush, on day 2 and day 3 the wine was a bit rounder, it softened up a bit and juist seemed more balanced.
Black and red fruit, very spicy, oak and vanille. Tannins were ripe and nicely integrated, acid was on the low side but enough.1 person found this helpful Comment
