April 13, 2008 - Masters and Numanthias (Northbrook, IL): Pale straw colour. Nice nose that shows citrus fruits, pear, flowers and minerals with time. Palate is rather tight offering lemon, grapefruit and pear over chalky minerals with good acidity. Finish is medium length, but shows a little warmth with the 13.5% alcohol poking through.
