February 4, 2024 - 2010 Was a Good Vintage in France (Jordan's Place - Chicago IL): Open 6 hours with a splash decant. of today’s 2010 Bordeaux. Charming black fruit with robust spice, already with impeccable balance.

January 1, 2024 - 2024 New Year's Day Double Blind Tasting: Double-blind. Another confusing wine. Too young to show its signature where it is from. Could it be Left Bank, Right Bank? or Super Tuscan? This is not ready to drink.

December 10, 2023 - This was decanted for several hours and performed nicely with a very classic Bordeaux signature on the first round in a tasting lineup but it unfolded itself much better when we got back to the bottle afterwards. On the second round the nose had developed beautifully as if full registers were open now. The palette was silky and, surprisingly for a 2010, its tannins were well integrated and soft. What a beautiful wine! 97+.
