August 1, 2022 - Ruby red translucent with a touch of amber in the glass. Red fruits and cassis perfume on the nose. Red fruits with moderate acidity and tannins on the palate. Medium bodied an modest length finish.

January 15, 2022 - eye: ruby, opaque, unfiltered, lots of sediment
nose: typical intense mineral, graphite, wet stone. later cabbage and greens
palate: red cherry, balsamic vinegar, some wood, licorice
tannins are medium, acidity very high and made me deduct the rating
however, it paired well with my homemade boef stroganoff and cauliflower mash
note from memory, not decanted, drank at 18°

August 5, 2020 - A subdued beauty. Nicely mellowed by age. Deep bass cherry notes. Soft coating mouthfeel. Medium finish. Pop and pour and didn’t last long enough to evaluate over time.
