Community Tasting Notes 3

November 6, 2011 - Clean, medium ruby, thick legs. The nose is clean, of medium plus intensity and still developing. Aromas and flavors of currant, strawberry, rhubarb on the finish. The palate is dry, with medium plus acidity, alcohol, body and flavor intensity. The tannins are medium and the length is medium. This wine tastes young and hot. It is very good now, but needs a fair amount of ageing in order to become better integrated and reach its peak.

May 21, 2011 - Röd fruktig och väldig kraftig nästan som en barbera utan tannin
