February 28, 2022 - Call the undertaker! This wine is about to die!
It's mostly acid and alcohol at this stage; almost all the fruit has disappeared and the only thing left to like is the lingering sense of spice and black pepper, and some smoke & oak. I'm sure this was once a very solid Syrah, but the time has come to say goodbye.

February 22, 2020 - This wine is going strong. Big, fruit forward wine with just the right edge of aging. Velvety and voluptuous.

March 31, 2019 - Deep, dark Syrah with great color and aromas of ripe plums, black fruits and a slight peppery note. Paired with smoked quail legs glazed with bacon/maple syrup/ balsamic vinegar. Perfect accompaniment. Love the Pride Syrah, the wine is showing its’ pedigree. Throws a bit of sediment but the wine is beautiful. Flavors of blackberries, ripe plum and hints of cedar, pepper, mushrooms and smoke. I think this wine could age for another decade...but who wants to wait. Drinking perfectly now!

January 26, 2018 - Solid Syrah. Nose is very silent on this bottle for some reason, but great overall taste and long finish. I think you can find better value at their price point.

September 25, 2017 - Very good wine. Licorice and tobacco on the nose. Nice spice with long length but significant fruit.
