July 22, 2014 - Légère trace d'évolution au pourtour du verre. Au nez, des arômes empyreumatiques qui s'estompe grandement après aération et qui laissent place à la framboise et la cerise légèrement cuitent. En bouche, attaque sur les fruits rouges et noirs bien mûres, ensuite le coté épices ressort jusqu'à la finale. Les tanins sont toujours bien en chair. Un bon vin pour accompagner une viande goûteuse.
