  November 11, 2023 - Robe bourgogne légèrement orangé. Arômes de venaison, violette, barrique. Une certaine rondeur, avec une astringence présente, mais tannin souple.

  December 17, 2022 - Cork broke away 2/3 of the way down. Durand extracted the bottom piece effortlessly. I will use the Durand for every wine over 10 years year old from now on. Wine was decanted for about 15-20 minutes. Blew off a bit of stale funk from the opening. Lovely maturing dark red fruit aromas plus tapenade and dried dates. Medium-plus bodied. A bit rustic at first. Improved and smoothed out in the second hour. Served at tourtiere party. Went extremely well with the moose version.

  July 19, 2021 - Very full colour with little sign of maturity. Pesquera ages very well in my experience and I think this needs a fair amount of time. 90 for now but I think this could be worth 92.

  February 8, 2021 - Feels like I missed the peak a few years ago but this is still lip smacking and flat out delicious. Blows away most Bordeaux twice its price and tastes like nervy espresso chocolate and blueberries (not in a goopy way). Ideal for grilled steaks and a great switch if youre a cali cab or bdx addict.

  February 7, 2021 - En nariz tiene especia y algo de tabaco. También se notan los ahumados.
  En boca es suave (aunque con suficiente potencia), complejo y elegante, sin aristas. Entra aterciopelado y su sabor persiste.
