Community Tasting Notes 3

December 24, 2011 - An impressive wine. When it was younger, this was a wine that I said would only go with a beef dish. Now, it's a bit softer but still showing plenty of berry fruit, spice, and structure. Very pleasant and nice. Easy to drink but still stands up to big dishes.

July 7, 2008 - Amarone style malbec done in conjunction with Allegrini. This was a very unique and interesting wine.

February 1, 2008 - Drank during Super Bowl. Nose of straw, dry anchovies which I didn't like. Found similar aromas at WWW Malbec tasting. Not my thing
