July 29, 2023 - This bottle was very earthy with little fruit remaining. Seems past its prime so drink up.

January 6, 2023 - Smooth out of the bottle. I like complex wines, but this one is simple, and yet still quite good. Smooth beginning, middle, with a slight but consistent spicy bite at the end. Surprising mild cheese on the nose on the open bottle; leather, tea...quite good.

December 28, 2022 - Drank on Christmas Day. No time for decant. Very pleasant if still a little tight. Should drink well for another 5-10 years.
