    April 4, 2011 - Wine Education Service - Tasmania (LSE): Very pale and bright.
    Delicate fragrant flowery bouquet with grassy notes and some signs of vegetal development.
    Fruity, refreshing, good balance, typical sauvignon blanc, not very complex but very drinkable.

    April 4, 2011 - WES - Tasmania (LSE Holbourn): Clear and Bright. Grassy, some capsicum, touch of cream with tropical undertones. Dry, good acidity, limes and guava.
