  June 25, 2012 - Deep garnet- purplish color with a complex nose of red raspberry and vanilla. Decanted 1 hour. Black cherry, black raspberry, currants, some cedar, vanilla, black pepper spice and anise. Tannins still a bit rough and need a couple of years.

  December 21, 2011 - Vanilla and Carmel notes in mid. Mid bodies short finish with balanced albeit simple tannins. Drink it now of ya got it!
